Would anyone know of a kit or schematic with instructions on how to build a impedance meter for measuring coils? Any help would be appreciated. Rick S
I've seen several articles for making an add-on to a DMM for measuring L and C. I assume you mean this, and not impedance in the general sense. I'll look through my stack of mags and see what I can find.

Carl,
I do have a inductance/capactance meter. I am looking for a impedance meter that measures the ohms of a circuit or coil. Also I have built a ohm meter(resistance) that goes with my Dmm that measures accurately to .01 of a ohm. Impedance meters I have seen then on the market for about $400 dollars. Alot of money I don't have. I was hoping that someone out there had schematic/plans to build one. Thanks for your help. Rick S
