But they can also have different turns, if that was what you were asking. Some DD's are made with identical coils, others not.

Both possible. Tune to resonance.

I think that resiver coil must not tuned. Like WHITES models.

Yes, it may be untuned to provide proper phase responce, although tuned ones are naturally more sensitive.
