Hi guys
I wanted to design a filter for the prototype distilled water/toroid PPM I am attempting to finish when I can get some time.
A magnetic observatory in a nearby town ( Hermanus, South Africa ) kindly gave me a figure for the total earths magnetic field here as 26328 nT, which is about half of what all you guys are working on - giving a precession frequency of 1.121 Khz.
Can this be right? and I wonder what it will do to my accuracy - I can count more clock pulses per cycle, but will have less cycles before the signal decays.
