The first pass (cut) on the pipe is done without use of a "jig". After the first pass, the first cut is run through a jig to so you can make identical 90 degree cuts for the fins to fit in the pipe.
Brothers (Garrett and Mike Reeve) get to do the dirty work while I document it for the archives.
There is no fame in being the photographer.
