OldUSCoppers
These neat ol' coppers are massive, at least by to-days coin standards anyway.
Talk about folks getting a super deal back then, eh?
That's a pile of real copper there that to-day wouldn't buy a bubble gum at face value.
Anyone else got any of these old heavy-weights of the penny world? What 'cha got? Post a pic of your brown treasures to brighten up our forum if ya have any, o.k.?
Oh ya, that little silver guy is a Canadian "fish scale" in fair to middlin' shape and lookin' for a home in a loving environment... Yup, even though it only says 5 cents on it, it's composed of pretty fine silver, so again, what a great deal folks got back then, compared to to-day, eh? Real silver for 5 cents, Man, those were the days, eh? :
Dean buddy, any ideas about the old hat badge on the right I found about 12 years ago?
