  KIG877.....the city parks in the  older neighborhoods are good starting places.  Also, what do you define as old?
  If you're talking 20-40's I've got a stretch of road that I'm watching expand, which means some buildings from that era are getting torn down and some "virgin" soil is getting ready to come available for a very short period.
