Awesome find CJC,

I love it when a watch is found, especially a good quality dive watch or Chronograph as this Tag Heuer is.

Being a collector of these types of watches for many years, I've checked this one out and to get the used price of 6 bills, she's got to me minty my man, no dings or heavy deep scratches in the stainless or crystal and have the booklets and box usually.  Id say your right about on the money though, as that's what one in very fine used condition could bring if all is in order and the movement is trouble free and running smoothly with the registers all resetting to zero start position.

I've love to hear how deep she was and what kind of signal you got and what you thought on thinking about the signal before you dug her and what you must have thought when you pulled her out?....A huge congrats to you man!  Smiley

Just make sure you look her over & clean the sand from around the crown and pushers before you try activating them, as sand grit does alot of micro damage.
Cheers,  Great
Jim

Crikey, thats a sweet chronograph, best i ever found was a gutted gold seiko. But that was just spotted whilst snorkelling in Pumice Stone Passage off Bribie Island Qld. Fingers crossed I will find me one of those one day. Awesome find.
