HAS ANY ONE DETECTED DESTIN BEACH. GOING DOWN IN APRIL. I HAVE HEARD THAT YOU ARE NOT TO DETECT BELOW THE LOW TIDE MARK. IS THAT TRUE. IF SO WHERE IS THE LOW TIDE MARK AS IT CHANGES ON THE WAVE HIGHT AND TIDE. SOME TIMES IS 1.0 -TO 0.07.

I'll be in Florida in March 2011. I guess the best place for me to start is to check on the legal do's and dont's.

Florida State Law states any thing between High Water Mark and Low Water mark is public domain.

The reason for the NO GO below the low water mark is in part due to Treasure Leases held (CLAIMS as you would).
