But I decided to give it a try. Turned out to be a beautiful day out. Only found .78 cents. But did get my oldest coin so far , a 1961 penny. That's 10 years older than me ! I haven't been able to get out in about two weeks with all the rain and work. So , it was nice just be out there.       Was gonna add a pic. But , can't get it to work on my phone !

Are you metal detecting on the beach (sand) or in the water?

I've always had success out in the water, on both sides of the Pier

Hey Observer , I was in and out of the water. Only thing I found alot of was sparklers wires from the 4th !
