I want to take my detector on a cruise to carribean. Does anybody know of any restrictions to combing the beaches between say P.R. and St. Thomas?

Your best bet would be to Contact the Embasy of the States.

Some Cruse lines use Exclusive resorts and allow detecting even if not allowed other places.
