every year i bring my metal detector to Barbados,trying to find something besides ottle caps flip tops,I have a minelab explorer 2,if anyone know what settings to set please e-mail back.

Hi cranecatcher ,i am also learning about the explorer,s settings,but what i do know is that you can still find stuff while you are learning ,here,s what to do when you are at the beach press the on button and hold it on and dont let go ,keep your eye on the screen and you will see factory presets come up then release the button and you are away ,dig every thing for a while until you get to know the sounds ,i dont dig #8 as they are beer caps.terry Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin
