Sorry for the double post but I didn't proof read.

Yes, my beaches here are on the Gulf of Mexico so I'm sure it was someone fishing long ago that lost their lure or was in the mouth of "The One That Got Away". Then time goes by, it falls to the bottom of the Gulf and then modern technology comes along with the financing of some rich beach-front property owners and the dredge digs it up and pumps it on the beach.  Pretty neat "life-of-a-lure".  Shawn
