Hi, Christian and everyone. I have been away for a while finishing my book on Beale Code 3. It's at the printer and should be ready by the first of the year. If I may, Let me tell you a little about it. The book is divided into 3 parts: Part 1 is a fiction story based on facts giving my view of events surrounding the treasure deposits. Chapter 5 shows a solved secondary code contained in Code 1 that I decoded which shows a connection to Thomas Jefferson. There is an epilogue discussing contradictions, Thomas Jefferson Beale and the Beale Papers.
Part 2 presents a Journal of Beal's travel day by day and mile by mile from April to December, 1817. Part 3 gives a translation of Beale Code 3, how I did it and a list of the 30 men who went west and the location of their relatives. In addition there are tables showing calculations of gold, silver, pots and mules used. In an effort to help researchers I have included a list of 66 maps that I used and 99 books that I consulted over a 25 year period. Once the books is published, I will be glad to discuss any part with anyone. Larry
