I am at the beach and at one spot there was reapeted beeping with my sand shark. It would beep on and off. Does anyone know what that means? Is that worth digging? Answers please??? Thanks so much!

On the Beach if you want to know what ya have ya Dig it.

Until you learn what the machine is saying , Dig it all.

Could be Foil, Can Slaw, or ten gold rings.   LOL

It is in open brush area among mangroves and has matted vegetation. I guess I will go back and dig it. Thanks so much!

Be careful. Depending on where you are, it could be something dangerous like an arming device on a booby trap protecting a buried drug or money cache. Electronic devices like cell phones can cause beeping like that at the beach if they are still on when found. Underground power lines (yes, even in isolated areas) can cause odd noises if improperly shielded.

Just use common sense when digging. You won't regret it.
