Me again. I've got yet another question for the wiser-than-me. I've read about detectors that are Motion Discriminating and also Non-Motion TR Detectors. What is the difference between the two. I've also seen reference to Non-Motion Pinpointing.
Thanks again all for your help!

With a motion detector you will have to swing your coil and a decent speed in order to pick up a target / produce a target (audio) response. No Motion (e.g. in the ALL Metal setting) will require little to no movement (speed) of the coil over a target to produce a response. Hence e.g. good for pin pointing where you move your coil only in very little steps.
