Go Up Go Down

Ok guys and gals the time has come for me to start looking to buy a detector.
It will probably be pretty easy to find one cause my needs are very specific.

1) I am broke  Grin Something under 200 U.S. dollars.
2) I will be using it mainly in Minnesota. So think MN soil. (I dont know what that means but its not desert soil    :Smiley )

Are places like ebay, craigslist and pawn shops good places to look?

So what would you guys recommend for a broke newbie to this hobby.

oh and also, when I buy one am I going to have to buy headphones and coils and all that sort of stuff separate?

Thanks for your advice!

I would go with this one ,,And you would have money left over for headphone's and a digger ,I would pass on buying extra search coil's though

thanks outback, that one looks nice. Is it similar to a Garett Ace 250? I've heard good things about them.

P.S. whats the deal with the apostrophes, for example when I write doesn't it looks all goofed up? no biggie was just curious.

Hello Farmdghe Eagle Spectrum is a great deal at this amount of money. It is far more sophisticated than a Garrett Ace 150. Go for it!
