I'm definitely in the clumsy department, too, especially when I'm out in the water combatting waves!  I work at it as long as it's fun, and when I get so frustrated that it's becoming "unfun," I quit for the day.  This is meant to be enjoyable, not work.  I do enough of that Monday thru Friday! Cheesy

Go to your local dive shop and buy a basic weith belt with about 20 pounds of lead. Just a simple web belt with a plastic locking buckle. It will make you more stable in the surf and waves will not bother you as much. It will help you dig too.
