How about being able to detect a small cavity/ cave at about 5m depth? any special detectors for cavities?

I found the CF 7500 SUPER but the problem is i cannot find any reviews for it.

A metal detector will not be able to tell you if there is a cavity but a sonar system will, expensive though.
