I plan to MDing my friends yard. So, is there a protocal for sharing the loot found? I know in England the guy that found 2 million in treasure will give the farmer 50 percent or 1 million.

well if you find 2million in his yard,you could at least buy him a beer or maybe two,or hit him over the head with your trowl and do a runner to mexico

Well, my friend had me helping him with a lot of projects so the MDing was minimal. I did find an olde sardine can and 3 coins. I get some sleep and then look at the coins. I gave him half of what I found. He didn't care. I didn't want to dig too many holes where people might slip in the soft ground compared to he hard limestone all around. It was nice weather in the Grand Canyon though. Don't worry he lives outside of the national park. Will post pictures later.
