HOW ABOUT THIS MY DETECTOR DOSENT LIKE THE COLD JUST TO UNSTABLE ON DAYS LIKE TODAY IS THERE A BOARD OR FIX TO USE WITH THE JETCO 6" COIL, OR JUST SAVE THE MONEY AND ETHIER GET A WHITES COINMASTER OR AN ALPHA BY TEKNECTICS......THE BOARD WHICH WAS IN QUESTION WAS THE ONE FROM THE BASIC METAL DETECTOR FROM AMREICAN HAWKS HP 1002 TO USE THE BOARD OUT OF THAT MACHINE IF ITS CRYSTAL CONTROLLED....... Undecided

HUH! Don't type in all caps. It is annoying.

I do not know anything about the machines you mentioned, but to me it sounds like a cold solder joint. You are talking about boards and such. Check the board that is giving you the issue for a cold joint.
