  I hit every old Mine Tailing Dumps possible here if the mine was gold related.  Back in the days they left gold behind because the quantity was too small to be of much value at the time.   $16 / $35  a Oz back then.  Not so today.  Their Scraps and Crumbs could mean serious money today.

I'm confused. If this is the case, what is this discussion about? Are you asking for ways to do detecting on the sly? To break the law? In America, we call that being a "Nighthawk," which is a person who goes around in the dead of night to detect where it is not allowed.

In the recent discussion here, working streams for gold by identifying concentrations of black sand, which is almost always an indicator of potential gold bearing sand. Are rivers and streams off limits to detecting? Oceans and lakes? Beaches?

I used a detector in Italy and on Sicily  No problems at all as long as I registered with the local police who put a small sticker on my detector. The sticker had the local phone number of the antiquities director for the area. I was to report any and all ancient Roman or other significant finds. Has this changed?

     Here is the basic Requirements.  It would be up to you on how your meet them.  

Looking at the two PDF documents, you should be able to calculate the Coils information by using the associated component values.

The laws are different from region to region... In example veneto region require registration For relics of wwI and not For wwII. In My area lombardy piedmont border metal detecting is free.. The problem arises For the Roman gold mine area.. They are protected because of archeological value so metal detecting is proibited. In General you cant search For archeological stuff but if find accindentally an ancient artifact no problem if you call the Police to notify the discovery. Unfortunately italian law is very complex.. I have permits For search gold in piedmont region in the right side of the Ticino River and have no permit For search in lombardy region because in this territory the sear h For gold is not regulated.. So permitted. Dealing with law in italy is a big problem.. Another example is the wwII material... Obviously if you find explosives etc. You need yo call the army For disposal.. If you find a rusty unusa le baionet or a garant magazine rusty and unusable they recognize the object as part of a war weapon so strictly proibited. This laws are old and never upgraded are from periods after war when discoveries of efficient weapons and hideouts of ammunition still usable was common.

As soon as i get the thing working i post Here the values of all the inductors and others information to complete the Project info. I have identified the transistor too they are available on ebay but i want try to substitute with more common silicon transistors

So basically your saying  there are Little or No National Rules or Laws regarding Metal Detecting ?  All is handled locally ?  What are the Basic National Laws regarding Metal Detector Use ?

I HAVE  transistor 2n2907,,you thing will work

and i want try make the frequency,between 50khz to 70khz it good for detect the gold ,this what i heard it
