Art realize that fraud was based on the gizzmoes being unable to do what was claimed by these clowms that marketed
these things and as part of the scam used the US mail system to distribute such items .
There is no game set and match
Open your eyes NO 1 they were proved to be liars in court
NO 2 the government bought junk that did'nt work
NO 3 these people lost their business
NO 4 no one got their money back
NO 5 it cost the US tax payers millions that meens every one of YOU
Art the only people who got anything out of this were the lawyers, you did'nt I did'nt, the folks who got stiffed did'nt
theres no game set and match involved you can't win this , I can't win this because there were no winners.
these people got stopped from peddling their stuff in the U S A
Don't be tunnel visioned on wining because there is nothing for you or for me to win
this post is null and void because they could'nt win with all their lawyer. and just except the facts
that no one won with the final outcome of this case.....thats it no theories , no whats ifs or buts
What would like you to remember no one won and the only thing that relates to this fraud is the machines were proven to be fake

RO, That is my point, this is a forum to discus things it's not about wining the arguement, IT'S not an arguement
and if you wanna come here just to try and win what does not exsist then you search somewhere else becuase you job here
is to build this forum and make it stronger and be proud that you have done you part, not waste time on playing one upmanship
because some folks are just trying to do exactly that , I call'em Empire makers just creating their distructive agenda and giving
nothing in return to help make this a better place,

| No, you are 100% wrong...and the reason I placed the disclaimer on my opening post in the first place. The Government (FBI) proved the DEVICE was fraudulent to the Judge. The documentation provided in the opening post is/was exclusively about the DEVICE....it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the wire/mail fraud charges that were addressed in a totally DIFFERENT hearing.
Game, set and match? For what....something OFF TOPIC you continually try to incorporate into this thread? You need to stay on topic, and if you have documentation about the LRL that shows otherwise to my documentation then post it.
