Tim,
I am reading your great site concerning the Arc-logger and other products.  I was wondering if your combination of equipment would find old privies?  There was mention about finding abnormal cavities and caves.  In ghost towns it is nearly impossible to probe around and find an old outhouse.  I get worn out probing away and thinking that a rock sounds just like clinking glass.  There is often pieces of rusting iron in the outhouse pit but a ghost town is loaded with old iron so that would pose a problem trying to figure out what each thing is so a combination of equipment that found a cavity, (laden with wonderful old bottles, most of which are not broken) would be a great tool.
Also, how does your equipment do where there is a lot of rocks and boulder under the soil?   In the West where I prowl around the hunting conditions  are really tough with high mineralization and rough terrain.

Dan sorry I did not see this post until now. Yes, using the TF-900 and the older TM-808 in cave mode you can see old graves, privies and other ground changes.

Happy hunting,

TIm
