Ground Penetrating Radar, Pulse Induction

The best tool is the ability to think, reason and using your common sense which is pretty uncommon.

The second next best tool is high quality research

The third best tool is learn from an expert--You do not want to start in grade school learning treasure hunting--so jump into college and learn from an expert

The fourth best tool--is your persistence--hang in there--learn , correct your mistakes, hang in there like the turtle--not the hare as you want to win the race.

The fifty tool is your electronic packages--get the best!  If you skimp here you are just shooting yourself in the foot.
For Example if you like pulse induction electronics--get the best--and get what you need!  If you are looking for Spanish Treasure you may need a one or two meter square search coil to get down 6-7 feet.  If you are going deeper then you will want a magmometer and / or a ground penetrating radar.
