You know what? A thought just occurred to me why don't some of the people ( You know who you are ) that constantly promote the use of LRL's and tell us of the virtues of these machines, instead of telling us how awesome these machines are, just for a novelty, SHOW US. I have not seen one single picture, of even a piece of foil found by one of these machines. I believe that speaks for itself. Don't tell us, show us. This forum is full of pictures from prospectors, treasure hunters, MD operators and their finds. But I don't believe I have seen anyone produce evidence as to the reliability of LRL's. If I'm wrong, please post a link, to any post, showing these machines actually do work. In my research on the web about LRL's i have seen many individuals offer cash rewards to anyone who can show these machines work. But it would appear no one wants the money. Here is hoping I HAVE opened a  . I look forward to being corrected. Sorry if it appears that I am being deliberately confrontational but I AM. I don't like charlatans that steal from the gullible, although I do believe you have a right to be gullible, even though they took the word gullible out of the dictionary.

I have nothing to prove. I use MFD type equipment and I would not be doing any hunting if I hadn't learned to use one. I don't care what you use to treasure hunt.

This thread was a request for help with locator rods. And as usual it turned into an attack on me for offering free information. Sorry, I don't have a camera set-up and as a general rule I don't discuss my hunting.

I've seen no more then the dissemination of the truth here MIKE.

No attack.

The Truth is The rods don't work.

If you want to prove they don't work your self just build these.

LCastle, yes $1400 is expensive for a used Pulse Induction metal detector with a large coil, but that is about as inexpensive as you are going to find.

I don't know, I see here you are trying to pinch costs and time, but you want to buy a $1700 dowsing rod. I'm ready to call B.S.

Your teling us you own the most expensive equipment our type of people can buy, but you dont have a camera. Huh? I never attacked You or anyone personally, but if thats how you want to interpret it, then so be it. I merely asked to see something to show these devices work. Noone asked for details of where when or what, just a picture of something you have found, but as usual, when asked to show something to substantiate the claims about these machines and their worth, however they seem to be like scientology, ask a question, with a tad of skeptisism, and wow dont you get a reaction.
if I would was the mod here this thread wouldn't have got this far. L,Castle I opened this  in the hope it will open your eye's. you may as well fill the machine with a sample of thin air cause that's all you will find. If you do the research properly and something IS where your looking. The law of averages will make sure you find something if you dig along leylines.

Thats why your are not a mod. Most the mods here agree that LRL's and drowsing don't work but on the other hand LRL's and drowsing are a big part of treasure hunting history therefore members have the right to discuss them.
No mod here has been harder on Mike then me when he steps out of line but lately all he has done is try to explain how this works for him thats what we have asked him to do.
