Hands on doesnt count I guess. Thanks for the link. I had a chance meeting with a guy who understands magnetic fields and such, gave me some great ideas about magnetic fields. Im all but about ready to quit working on building a pull behind coil for hunting meteorites. Anybody wanna buy my detector?

Why think when we can throw money at it. Someone has already built the best stuff. Its much easier to set and watch someone else do it on Utube or Cable. Thats why I dont own a tv.

The problem is a computer program, memory, weight, and how you see a magnetic field. I wont go into my thoughts.

Or build one of the super cheap magnetic field analyzers I use and posted instructions for here. Look it up.
You can also develop a Smith Chart from this device.

Ions, if we could stimulate what was in the ground to help detect it? Found a link explaining my poppycock:

The number of electrons and number of protons in an atom are equal. When an atom loses electrons, ion is formed because the number of protons become greater than the number of electrons
in that atom. The positive ions are known as cation. In the process of electrolysis, there are two electrodes including cathode and anode. Cathode is negative plate
and connected to the negative terminal of the battery. Anode is positive plate and connect to the positive terminal of battery. During electrolysis, positive ions moves towards negative plate or cathode. That's why, positive ions are called cation.

As I stated earlier, it is still poppycock because those conditions do not exist in nature. You have to add SO much energy to gold to get it to ionize that the process you believe works is laughable. Please, if you are going to use web sites as a reference, choose one that uses REAL physics and not some double speak play physics.

You are a fountain of knowledge and I thank you for sharing. I am trying to stick to one or two topics and get away from this one, I think everyone is in agreement here. If I should figure out otherwise I will let you know. Happy Happy, Merry Merry.

Everyone? Good grief, mate. NO ONE has understood you never mind agreed with you. But do press on. You are a little bit amusing.

If you want to stay away from this kind of topic, don't start it. Easy.

Fair enough, good post on the magnetic field analyzer. Im gonna back off and do more reading, and less talking. I dont dispute anyone here ir right or wrong. Look forward to your post. Thanks again.
