Sadly not, a few near misses and a horrendous cave in on day 12!

Maybe a bit of the old grape, eh? I was wondering about that one myself. I nearly removed it too but this might be more fun. To hear his answer, that is.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Forget the grape, then. Might be pure 180 proof moonshine.

At 32 feet I'd sure want some shoring on that hole.

Yes an impressive hole. Hope no one was hurt in the cave-in. Get some timbers in there before some one gets hurt. If you're giving up on it, fill the hole in so nobody else gets hurt in it.

As to Homie, I'll bet it's that allergic bee sting he has been dealing with He's been using some powerful stuff to stave it off. Afraid of doctors, so he's going the DIY route. Hope everything comes out ok.

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.
