I saw a magnifying glass "Cracker Jack toy" and had to
dig this little guy out and let him see the light of day.
TAAH DAAH The cracker Jack Boy. (Ceramic)
Found at the Lamar dump, someones throw dirt "surface".
This is the toy they wanted to get at the baseball games.
It doubled as a whistle!!!!

That's neat - I'm really impressed with how much you know about what you find. Sue

Sue,
Actually we have over 180 members in The Lone Star Club.
There are so many of us there is consensus on just about anything anybody brings in there.
Sometimes though there is a little ridicule.
Such as my small stone fist axe, most only saw a "rock". Others saw a tool.
Then again I have a friend who has been digging in that Lamar site for over 30 years!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't even know his real name. All I've ever known him as is, "Skinner Bob". He knows just about everthing there is to know about that place.
Other information comes from "Google" of course and from "Pete" he's the one who told me about the gentleman bottle being a breath freshener.
