Hi all. Still unable to MD  No no!, but last December I unearthed this bottle in the woods area in Chicago that have given me lots of nice treasures. This bottle seems to be from the late 1800s - early 1900s and my research indicates that it was hand crafted or hand/mouth blown. It reads: Jaques Madras Liquid Blueing extra strength. No other markings found. The neck is missing but the reference bottle below shows how it should've looked. What is puzzling to me is that the reference bottle, the only example I found online, shows Chicago whereas mine reads extra strength instead. Also to note is that the word "blueing" in mine shows as "bluing" on the reference bottle. Those could be clues to their age but I can't tell which one is older or if both belong to the same era or even the same company. I know that lots of companies from elsewhere were acquired by Chicago manufacturers, but I could not find anymore info on this bottle.  Undecided
