Hey, if they made soaked corn cobs on a roll, I'd buy it over toilet paper any day.  One swipe and your done, vs wiping and wiping and wiping with paper.  The only problem would be disposal.  I don't think a corn cob would flush down a modern toilet.  Grin

I've known some toilet paper in some parts of the "civilized" world that would make fresh corn cobs feel almost like Charmin

LOL...the TP they used to give us in the MRE packs was like that!    Shocked

Antique Pickle Bottles

"Pickle bottles and jars first appeared around 1860; the early examples have pontiled bases. The most popular style amongst collectors is the cathedral with fancy gothic styled sides. Common in aqua, the rarer examples in yellow and green command high prices and are very sought after by collectors. This example is in mint condition with 3 arched panels - the 4th panel is plain (for label). This fine pickle sold for a record $44,100 March 31, 1999 at eBay.

Hard to tell with all the mud still on it. what color is the glass?

good stuff started coming out a 4-5 feet down,  ash layer at 3-4 foot with scattered relics,,, bottles were on the bottom

I am curious as to which mode is used to find these types of glass relics. Did you actually use a relic mode, or do you have a particular program that is tweaked to your liking. Thanks for the info, this is very interesting.

LOL.  I had a buddy in college who's face was sort of messed up from a car wreck in his younger years.  He was never much with the ladies and would often say that the only time he ever got any a$$ was when his finger poked a hole in the toilet paper.  Maybe he was using that short fiber paper mentioned in your link.  I'll have to give him a call and tell him about using paper from virgin trees.  That ought to get him excited.   Grin
