Ronnieros, you have yet to clarify what you meant by " " yourself. What's the matter? Cat got your tongue?
OK...for the benefit of all readers, lets recap.
Ronnieros claims that the jar is 17th century Ching Dynasty, and he brought it to a museum. Yet despite bringing it all the way there, he did not get it authenticated! The cost of authentication was a paltry photograph of the object and 70 Philippine Pesos (roughly US$1.50). Do you smell something fishy yet?
Be warned that there are those who subject MODERN POTTERY to an aging process with the use of various chemicals and heat. Such "antiques" are often sold to the unsuspecting naive buyer. Do not purchase any redoubtable items which lack authentication by a reliable authority. If anyone has bought such similar jars for more than 400 Philippine Pesos (roughly US$8.51), you paid too much. Caveat emptor.
