Hi Folks,

I am a new member and have an older Bounty Hunter Big Bud Pro (analog).  Anyone have an hints or tricks for
using this particular detector?  I am not a newbie in the hobby, but am very much so with this detector.  ANY
assistance will be much appreciated.

I am mostly going after coins... and to a lesser extent (much) relics, on the five acres I'm living on (old Post
Office and Court location).

Hello . The Big Bud series of metal Detectors were very good machines back in their time and if you have one that still works good today , it is better than most beginner machines today . Do some testing/practice with some coins or jewelry you have and then check your big property . The Big Bud pro is definitely worth keeping at least as a back up machine to a more top-of-line machine you may have . Let us know how it works and if you ever decide to take it apart , take some nice PCB cicuit photos .
HH..........Regards........Eugene
