The Bounty Hunter Platinum metal detector works great with the 8" coil. However, the 4" and 10" do not work
as they are advertised to do. I got off the phone recently with the Bounty Hunter Company and they
told me that the 4" and 10" do not work well with the Platinum series. They mentioned the Fisher 11"DD Elliptical Coil
should work with my unit.
If it doesn't, what other Coil could I use?
I'm sure the 4" and 10" Bounty Hunter Coils work well with the other Models.
Unfortunately, they don't work well with mine.

If they plug in and there good for the same freq machine, they should work.

Did they say why there not so good?

Did they say they would not work?

Bounty hunter Coils are So Generic, they work on a few other machines as well.

Good thing is there Cheap!  Price that is.

I have a LS Camo Ground Balanced right that can find a 14K backing of a ear ring 5" down no problems in all metal.

There Good machines for sure.

Some folks disclaim them because the don't cost a bomb, but we see folks making some Kick Butt find with em.

Look at the Ace 25o.  It's most sorta the bottom of the line Garrett but performs so well it has a Huge following only backed up by the machines performance.
