Hello all!

  Just arrived in South Korea at Osan Air Base.  Ill be here till November 2017. If anyone wants to go detect, let me know.  I have no knowledge of the area, but I can swing.  I use an XP Deus, btw.

Back when I was in service, we had to get permission from base security to detect on the base. For the rest of Korea, make sure you get a written permission from the police in your locale.

If you find any UFO scraps (aluminum bits) be sure to report them in the ART thread.

Oh, and one last tip. Let both know that you make every effort to return lost jewelry to owners. Makes for a better chance for approval. I returned an Anapolis ring once and made the base paper for it.

  Welcome to the Forum.  LOL When I joined the USAF I put every place I knew about in the Pacific on my DREAM Sheet .   I ended up on the other side of the world the whole time.  Seems to me we have or had another member stationed there.  Yep, everything GD said.  I seem to remember their
 a bit stickled on finding the Owners on just about everything found.  Report them to the Establishment and in time if not collected you get them back.  Emmmm or was that Japan ?  Yep, you better do the checking First Hand.   Have a Safe and Educational Tour Sir.

Hello from Connecticut. Been in Osan many times but never got to detect there. Was over at Camp Humphries, however it is much larger than when I was there. Don't know how the detecting might be. Probably a lot of military stuff.
