Your welcome!! Yes, I can almost guarantee that that large oak tree was used as a shade tree on sweltering days. Sigh, the system of suing is a corrupt and inane law. I wish that it had never gone into law, or at least been almost flawless.
Anyways, yes it is a shame. They told me when they went into the kitchen that one of them fell through the floor. It would have been a dream to go inside and just take it apart!! I should be grateful for even letting me on there.
Hopefully you will find something of value. The people, supposing they stashed something, would have not thought sophisticated. Maybe at the corner of a barn. To know where they buried their precious 'cargo', they might of used some markers. Maybe, like a certain type of tree. A certain direction from the barn, like Northeast or any of the cardinal directions.
