Go Up Go Down

Like I said I am willing to bet there is money hidden on this land or in the old house that is falling down. I know of alot of money that came from this place but they didnt have permission. Well I tried to do it legally. I called the person that owned this place and asked permission to look around. He told me to stay the hell off and if he found out that I did go on there he would have me arrested. Im not going to go into detail about the money found here. Back in the depression the family owned a business and they made money. Now what to do. I have left this alone because I dont know how to get on this land legal. The man I talked to is probably dead now. this was 17 yrs ago. Maybe I should look into it again?

Take another look, maybe you are right and he is gone and a new person owns the land.

Do you know what a Knight Hawk is, just joking.  What I would do is to write up a waiver that releases the land owner of any responsibility if you became injured while detecting their property.  I find most land owners are concerned about lawsuits, and even if they don?t think about possible lawsuits, the offer of this waiver is a foot in the door.  I would never give them the notion I have information on a cache, I would only say it?s a hobby, good exercise, and would show what I find.  If you find a cache, the decision to tell the land owner would be an ethical thing to do, however, if you do not have some percentage contract, you could lose that cache.

There are lot's of reasons to keep snoopy strangers off your land, especially if you're making whiskey, growing pot, or any number of illegal things. Maybe they're nudists or into other weird stuff. My advice is to check it out w/out going on to that property. If you walk up on something you aren't supposed to see it could go very bad for you. I found a still in Clarke County Al 30 years ago, and was chased by the operators for 12 miles. My V8 Chevy outran their slant-6 on a dirt road, and I escaped. (I was photographing cypress knees)

No#1 Go to the court house and see who ownes the land if u know the old owners then see if its been sold to a new name (owner). no#2 tell new owner u would like to detect the area and would give him half or all the coins u find just to detect the area.As thats your hobby and u like to find junk horse shoes etc etc.If it still belongs to the family and they bring up about caches then have a written agreement or if u can hunt it alone without anyone with you then !!!!!!!!!

it will still be there ten years from now. Wait the guy out. I know where at least one 55 gallon drum of money is buried. But the realitives cant even keep from fighting during funerals. I hope to wait them out, and outlive them all. I read recently that there is several old propertys being destroyed by treasure hunters. It is bad for all of us. Take your time and wait for time to take its course.
