Go Up Go Down

I have been keeping up with our friend McIntosh and his hoard finds. And a story I have is just 5 yrs ago my older brothers, mother in law passed away, she was well to do, her and her husband at one time had a large farm they sold.she was a door greeter a k-mart (just for something to do). but when they cleaned out her house to sell after her passing no kidding they found over one hundred thousand dollars cash, hid in drawers, in books, in knick knack boxes, hid under drawers, so there is still people that hide money. Just think if they sold that house as is without cleaning it out what the new buyers would have had! what a deal buy a house for 250,000 and get a 100,000 back wow. just something to think about.

Yep!  You Just Never Know.

There was a old gentleman that was known to walk the streets in clothes from the 50's and always looked down and out.

When he died, his family found $70,000 in his sock drawer.    Crazy

I knew a guy that dressed like a bum.   He lived like a bum, ate like a bum, acted like a bum and when he died they found out he was a bum.

Go Up Go Down

A guy named red walked the streets of our fair town since coming home from Nam. He lived in the wood as a homeless person and ate out of the trash can on the downtown. Everyone knew him and he never once took any handouts. A few years back he died and someone found his body. The area of woods he lived in was being cleared for development, and they found his abode. it was lined with uncashed checks and cash totaling 200k or more. he never spent it he just hoarded it and lived off the land. I guess all who wonder are not truely lost....

This whole thing just got me thinking when I was a kid growing up ,there was a guy up the road about 5 miles who rode a bike, picked up pop bottles and burlap sacks to sell and lived in a cave in the lava rocks people said he had money maybe i'll go check out his cave
