I had an office in Salt lake city for a few years and I kept on hearing the story of mormon coins. If you know of early mormon history, which I did not, but I did learn, they are and have been very organized. Before they became a state they minted their own coins which was called mormon money. The organization was that all of their coins were numbered and they have retrieved it all but 50,000 coins with each one worth 50k. I talked to many people that went out to the west desert and searched with no luck. Have any of you guys ever heard of this or could enlighten me on the truth of the story
Thanks

I read in one of my books that the mormons plates got stolen, and as far as i remember along with some coins, not sure how much, but it was buried some were in the west desert. the book is still on sale its called
Some Dreams Die, great reading all about Utah lost Treasure, when your out in the west look for the lost  gold  payroll in us calvary saddle bags, and if your close to daniel creek theres a lost gold vein, I could go on and on , check on line good luck
