I would guess any military documentation that old would be in the Nat Archive but they may also keep a set on site?
Ft Sill is a pretty sprawling place now so I would imagine it's grown. Was just there last year when my son was stationed there. There is a large wilderness area with some older portions where they have a wild buffalo herd, maybe it's in that section and not paved over? Might also be some info in Lawton library as the town borders the fort, although I don't know how old the town is.
edit: There is a Ft Sill museum in Lawton. Looks like there might be some old layout maps if anyone is near there and interested. I made 2 trips there think I'm done
