Go Up Go Down

I was a multiline dealer for some time (25yr) and find the 2 box detectors do a good job down to about3 feet on a 3lb coffee can. I used mine to find septic tanks for people but they are not that deep 3 ft or less and have got rebar steel wireing in them as they sound off bigtime when u find one. So maybe a 2 box would work however a 1mx1m coil would cover more ground and not MISS anything under it AND be deeper than the 2 box. That would be heart breaking to keep walking over a cache of good size and not be able to detect it down that deep, that's what causes heart attacks.!!!!

Joejoe:  Have you got anything going from (something in the works) ? Hope you find the right fix for deep caches. I have dug 6ft deep holes in caves here in the southwest Missouri and never found the" big one" but found indian relics etc, Had the cave dowsed 3 times by three different dowsers. Don't know if someone beat me to it or what?  Some dowsers can tell if it has been removed or not, some can't.

I have the thing purchased but it is sitting at my parents house in the states, and while I wait the bush is growing higher and higher and doing it's best to hide the good stuff. I hope some friends or somebody will be coming down soon for a visit. Incredible how fast the grass can grow in the tropics. You could just about watch it growing.
Going to try the 1x1 (with smaller heads, too). Just got to wait and see.

Go Up Go Down

Well, got the thing in the other day, and have been practicing with it. TDI with the standad coil and some homemade ones, a large one I put on, must be two feet or more DD coil. Very nice. All kind of rusty nails and colegate tubes. But you can see the thing has potential. A couple spots I'll have to go back to in the night, as it's in the middle of the road! Little digging never uncovered what it was, and gotta go back with heavier gear. Found a crushed aluminum at must be near a foot. What a screamer.
The man had a a homemade 1x1 coil that just happened to come with it (I begged), gotta get some pvc and hook it up and then pass over those funny spots, nice thing is that it should ignore that small stuff.
I have to say this setup is really a nice setup, and that I am happy with it. Don't know if I ever earn anything from it other than laughter, but the machine is something nice. Smiley
