Greetings!  Getting busy (again!) here in Santa Cruz County, CA.  Been out with my Eureka Gold a few times but am now getting more serious about it.  I was out yesterday and had no problems- found a smail bottle dump and a necklace.  Today, however, my Minelab refused to work- kept getting the low battery sound (even after changing batteries twice) that is interspaced with a beep about every 3-4 seconds.  Any ideas?

I owned a Minelab for all of a month. I think it has something to do with the noise cancellation or reset - but not sure.

Don't know if you have the book for it, but, here is an online version. (look under Optional Procedures, I think)
