Staters are some of the most beautiful and magical looking coins ever minted. I would most likely keel over dead if I ever found one. I don't think I'd ever part with one. I just couldn't.

When I make that trip to older country on some future day I simply would not be capable of believing that a coin like that would be real. I would come up with any reason to deny that it would be the real thing.

Acknowledging that the coin is actually authentic would definitely cause my brain stem to overload as well 1950. Those around me would just think that I decided to lay back and take a nap while I would really be in mental overload. Shocked
