the time of the rapture of the Church or also called the 2nd coming of Christ.

The Bible teaches: The rapture takes place, then there is the 7 year tribulation period, then we return back to the earth with Christ for 1000 years, and then a new heaven & earth will be created again. (So, these Doomsday or End of the world groups that pick specific dates for events really have no idea what the scriptures teach)

Actually, the Bible states it this way to be more exact: (No man knoweth the hour or the day of the return of Christ, but we shall know when it's neigh or at the door)

It's true that the Rapture could happen right now or tomorrow or next month no one knows when for sure, and nothing has to be fulfilled for this event to happen going back to the year of 1948 when Israel became a nation...So for this or any other group to put an actual date to this event happening, shows that these people don't really understand what the word or the scriptures actually teach.

Some people that hear these things from these way-out groups that pick dates for the "End of The World" or other events like the Rapture, associate these people with being (Bible Believing Christians) and these groups are associated with us at all.

Good morning to all
I see that we all made it through the weekend. 
I really tried to keep an open mind about all of this.If it was going to happen then so be it,but I'll tell ya it's good that were all still here. 
Let's just lay back ,enjoy life,MDing and wait for the next crack pot to come along. :

    Personally, I reckon we're in for the same sort of disappointment December 21, 2012 when the current cycle of the Mayan calender comes to a close.   Going to have to start planning now for my Day After The End of The World bash on December 22, 2012.
