I'll be calling a good friend of mine to be sure he's all right. Also worried a bit about the friends in and around Seattle.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Go Up Go Down

All of us (wife, dog, cat and me) survived just fine the house rocked and rolled for over 2 minutes overall a very nice ride in the easy chair while on the phone to netflix, lamps and plants swaying to the rockin and rollin.  Only 1 keyring fell off the key rack not even a creak or a groan from the 60 year old fir studs.  Can't drive a nail into them and have to drill pilot holes to install any nails but no cracks no leaking water or gas no power loss just 5 minutes of land line interuptions.  Big time luckier than the east coast storm survivors.

Outings this year were mostly confined to VERY-VERY fine gold recovery in the Kitimat,Skeena and Caribou, practice makes perfect.  Wife used her ACE 250 and our (I shared) cen tech hand held contest prize and i used my Sand Shark got a bic @16 inches on the local beach had a blast yes my new ($6.00CDN) gold concentrator works just like an expensive store bought one without the freight.

Life should always be an adventure not ever a disapointment.
