Well   2 days in a row  now that  the interstate 24  in KY has been  at a stand still . .
after 15 + inches of  snow  and several  inches of  ice under that.

some of  those  people  been  in traffic  for  over 24 hour's  now.

sure feel  for  them .

My worst job was in a slaughter house for beef.  They sent me into a pit one day that was the end of the line on the slaughter chain.  All that was left was the bloody hide and they would drop off in front of me.  I was supposed to cut the tails off and hang them on another chain going somewhere else.  I couldn't keep up and was covered in bloody mess by the end of the shift.  I had a cow dung and blood soak.

All right all you guys who don't think my 500 rounds of ammo is impressive.  I'm sure you'll brag your gun barrels are longer too.

OK guys, we all feel sorry for your having to put up with weather inconveniences, but take a look at these pixes. Maybe your problems won't look so bad?

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

I guess I should come around more.  But I have to sneak onto my wife's computer to do it or go to the lobby/business center.  Such a bother.  But hey, I learned what a RASHER is here today.  So if rasher is beef/bacon, wouldn't that be jerky?

I must be caveman old school. I still have my cereal and fruit for breakfast. Cool

That's better for you!

Karl,
I thought of you when I saw this picture and just couldn't resist a little humor.
