Cardiologist  trying  to  figure out  why I've been  getting  dizzy  and fainting  etc.
the  doctors  so far think it's  cardiovascular if that gets ruled  out  then I see the neurologist .

Could that be Bill Corell on the beach at Laughlin?

Dusty Carl
lol, no...some say Mr. Bill but thats not him either. Its Flat Stanley on the beach at Harrah's in Laughlin. google "flat stanley".  Its a school project my grandson (age 7) got me involved in. A pin-pal kind of thing. He sent it to me and I take "Stanley" with me though the day and take pics to see what I do.  Than send "Stanley" back after a couple of weeks with pics for my grandson to share....Funny one was when I sent Stanley though the tube at the bank. The girls knew him....

The reason I say that is Bill was up there detecting lately, and he posted a picture of his finds, and "flat Stanley" was included in the pix. Thanks for the id. I was wondering what that was all about.

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

My granddaughters both had a "Flat Stanley" project when they were about that age, too!  I just couldn't remember his name until you told us, Cache.  And I have been on that very beach, I have!

Well I'll tell ya, I really injoyed the project & having some more correspondence time with my grandson. If you ever go back to that beach, take your detector. I'm positive there's much more to find!!

I've walked up and down that beach the two times we've stayed at Harrah's and always thought it should be full of goodies!

I wish I had taken my scoop. The water is so clear and the river was down. I was able to hunt a foot or two into the water but did'nt have my scoop to go further...
