Hope these guys aren't a sponsor here. If they are OH WELL!!! I orederd a Leche Digger on Monday and didn't heard a WORD since. Called them about a minute ago and they STILL don't even know if it's been shipped!!! Come on, for a super small order of ONE item? Kept me on the phone for 20 mins just to let me know that they will send an email when it's shipped!!! It's a small store and I used to live near it when I was a lobsterman in Massachusetts. This kind of thing REALL irritates me considering it's only 1 1/2 states away. REALLY poor customer service.....

If they are this really small store you speak of , then maybe the person responsible for shipping etc, was out sick or there was a death in the family etc, I would wait another day or so and call back and ask again and if you get the same treatment then ask to speak with a manager or Owner.

if it's still a problem then report it to the BBB online site for Massachusetts.

Dude...telling me to chill? I waited more than 3 seconds... I waited 3 DAYS to find out it that an item that is IN STOCK on their shelves hasn't even been sent yet. OR, shourld I say...THEY don't even know if it's been shipped. I live in Pennsylvania, the company is in Massachusetts. Should be here by now, as I do ALOT of ordering online. So, I'd say that I was pretty damn patient.

That's unreasonable. According to the laws in most states, they have 3 weeks. Like I said. Chill. You've been so spoiled by excellent service that you are disappointed in good service. I'll bet you went for the lowest price you could find on that item. Right?

No SMART ASS!!! I paid the REGULAR FUCKING amount. $41. Ummm...Good service? I order on a Monday, an item that is in stock, and then on Thursday NO ONE in the store knows if it's even been packaged up for shipping. No one friggin died.... :

GOOD service is at least knowing if the fucking item was even packaged for shpping. Thier POLICY states that IN STOCK items are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. BOTTOM line...: They have MY $$$$ and no idea for what. I am not being ridiculous. AT LEAST be able to say, "YES, we have your order". They couldn't even tell me that, but they sure as shit can say that my credit card worked. They have my $$$ and no idea what for.

Seems SOME people like to make ASSumptions....

I think some of you NEED to go back and read/comprehend what I wrote. I SPOKE WITH THE PROPER REPS FOR SHIPPING. THEY COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME IF IT WAS PACKAGED!!! How is that good service? A bunch of people stuttering and passing the phone to 3 different people all saying they have no idea what's up?

Won't be coming back to this site....
