I think that I will have to get all new things here GD as the postage will be too expensive, I will only have sent to me the test equipment that I have build and then I may just build new ones.

It is but when you see what they charge per kilogram to send something I have to wonder is it worth it? the oscilloscope was a cheap Chinese one and then, there is a pile of components that I do miss but I think that I will bring them back when I go to visit in SA.

Xavier. Your old test equipment probably won't work there because you have crossed the equator and the flush direction will change. Better to .... and more fun.... build some new gear!!!
