This Domain is run and operated by Mr. Keith Ranville who is responsible for its content. Maybe you had not noticed that this website is run and operated by him and not a third party - it's his personal Homepage.

As I see it, Keith has published an interview that you have had with him back in December last year and of which you had sent him a hardcopy for his reference.

I assume that he did nothingh wrong as most parties will add their press reference to their websites.

You are misinformed. Plagiarism is a academic offense but not against the law. Denying you income from the use of your material is, can you prove that? Any material can be used in parody to be made light of which is the case in point. Any material can be used if published in large type addition for the vision impaired at no cost. Then there is the 'fair use' issue, any material used not for profit is pretty much included. Was someone selling your material as theirs, if so you have an issue.

If you are any one did an interview with me you can bet your first typewriter i would post it on my site and many more  but just a small piece of it pretty sure you would to if the shoe was on the other foot you should thank the guy for the extra publicity it was free and maybe in the future if you dont want it to be seen before the release date dont give it out
