Metal detector Joe was at the local Florida Publix grocery store, hang out of the senior set, and was picking up a sack of dog food. A nosy lady asked him what kind of dog he had. Joe said "I don't have a dog. I'm on a diet". The lady intrigued ask what kind of diet. "Well" Joe said, "I always carry a handful of this Purina dog food in my pocket and whenever I'm hungry eat a handful. Lost 25 pounds in the last several months. Would have lost more but was in the hospital for a while." The nosy lady of course asked Joe what happened to send him to the hospital.  Joe replied "Well, I was peeing of a fire plug and got run over by a truck..............     Wink

nahhh, most folks probably say hydrant, but lots of us older folks have seen or heard it both ways in our life time.   And it is funny......sort reminded me of the time I was in a tour bus and some alligator was chasing the bus.  Dang 'gator must have been the kibble and bits because he sure was doing his best junk yard dog after the car tire impression.
